Jake Bailey on resilience, overcoming adversity and the Inspire Foundation

Jake shares his life journey on this episode – many of you will remember the speech he gave at the end of year ceremony for Christchurch Boys High School when he had just had a cancer diagnosis about 10 years ago.  “None of us get out of life alive…”

We talk about that and what he learned as well as what resilience is and how we can each foster it in our lives.  We also talk about the Inspire Foundation where he is currently working and the work they do with young people.

Check out these sites with more information and the videos of the speech too as well as Jake’s books.
